our restaurant’s cuisine is pure, as are our collaborations. very consciously we work with local partners and regional ingredients. authentic and genius in their simplicity. everything is flavored with the utmost respect for healthy classics and finished with a personal touch by chef ahmed elshikh, our greek-egyptic chef specializing in seafood.

the chef completes his dishes in our experience menu culinary, it is consequently impossible to request changes and/or adjustments in our menu. we do not have an a la carte menu.
